Quality. A 2024 phone is not a 2013 phone, and a median house changes size and location over time. It also can't show what you'd have paid in bitcoin in 2012, because almost nobody priced anything in bitcoin then. And bitcoin's line falls in long steps with sharp reversals; the trend is clear, the path is not smooth.
