Wildrise is built on respect for privacy. We collect the minimum needed to work with you, we don't track you, and we don't sell or share your information.

Who we are

What we collect and why

When you book a call: your name, email, and your answers to the intake questions (several are optional). Used to prepare for and hold the call. Lawful basis: taking steps at your request before entering a contract.

When you email us: what you send. Used to reply.

When you become a client: engagement details, notes, and invoices. Used to deliver the work and keep required business records. Lawful basis: contract; legal obligation for financial records.

When you visit the site: our host (Cloudflare) receives standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and to serve the site. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers.

What we never collect

Private keys, seed phrases, wallet passwords, or recovery information. We will never ask for them, by any channel. Anyone who does is not us.

Cookies

The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. The booking widget loads only after you choose to book and may set functional cookies needed to schedule. Because no non-essential cookies are set, there is no cookie banner and nothing to manage. If that ever changes, this policy will change first.

Who processes data for us

Calendly (scheduling), Google Workspace (calendar, video calls, email), Cloudflare (hosting), ⟨invoicing provider⟩. Each acts on our instructions under its own privacy terms. Some are based in the United States; ⟨attorney: transfer mechanism for EU data⟩.

How long we keep it

Booking and enquiry data: ⟨e.g. 12 months⟩ after last contact. Client engagement records: ⟨as required for tax and legal purposes⟩. You can ask us to delete sooner where the law allows.

Your rights

Wherever you are, you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export your information, or to stop processing it, by emailing hello@wildrisebitcoin.com. We respond within 30 days. If you're in the EU/EEA or UK you also have the right to complain to your supervisory authority. If you're a California resident: we do not sell or share personal information and never have, so there is nothing to opt out of; your access and deletion rights are the ones above.
