How we handle your information, and how to make sure you're actually talking to us.

We never ask for your keys

Not your seed phrase, not your private keys, not your wallet password, not your recovery shares. Not by email, message, phone, or in a session. Our work is to make sure you control these — so we never touch them. Any request for them, from anyone claiming to be Wildrise, is fraud.

Verify it's us

We contact clients only from @wildrisebitcoin.com addresses. Booking confirmations come from our scheduling provider with Wildrise named as the sender. If something feels off, email us at hello@wildrisebitcoin.com before acting on anything. ⟨optional: publish a PGP fingerprint or Nostr key here⟩

What we keep, and how

Client notes are kept to the minimum needed for the engagement, stored encrypted, and deleted on request where the law allows. We do not keep copies of your wallet descriptors or backups unless you specifically ask us to as part of a recovery plan, and then only in the form you approve.

Calls aren't recorded

Discovery calls and sessions are not recorded or transcribed by us.

No tracking
