By using wildrisebitcoin.com or engaging Wildrise, you agree to these terms.

1. Services. Wildrise provides education and consulting on Bitcoin self-custody and security. Scope, fees, and deliverables for any engagement are set out in a written engagement summary before work begins.
2. No advice, no custody. See the Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms. We do not provide investment, legal, or tax advice and do not custody funds.
3. Your responsibilities. You are solely responsible for your keys, seed phrases, devices, backups, and for verifying every instruction before acting on it. You will never be asked by Wildrise to disclose a private key, seed phrase, or wallet password; treat any such request as fraudulent.

5. Confidentiality. We treat client information with discretion and do not share it except as required to deliver the engagement or by law. Our methods and materials are confidential and for the client's use.
6. Intellectual property. Site content and materials are owned by Wildrise. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted; reproduction or resale is not.
7. No guarantees. We do not guarantee outcomes, asset performance, or that any setup is immune to loss, theft, error, or future software changes.

9. Booking. Appointments are scheduled through a third-party service (Calendly) subject to its own terms. Cancel or reschedule via the link in your confirmation.
